At Iraloom, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, we are here to help.

Returns

  • We offer a 5 Days Easy Return Policy from the date of delivery.
  • Products must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Important Return Condition

⚠️ Customers must record a proper box opening video at the time of delivery.

The video should clearly show:

  • sealed package
  • package opening process
  • product condition

This box opening video is mandatory for any:

  • return request
  • replacement request
  • damaged item claim
  • missing item claim

❌ Without a proper uncut box opening video, return/replacement requests will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used products
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Products without original packaging
  • Claims without box opening video proof

Refund Process

  • Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or bank account.

Cash on Delivery Orders

For COD orders, refunds will be processed via:

  • Bank Transfer
  • UPI

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
