At Iraloom, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, we are here to help.
Returns
- We offer a 5 Days Easy Return Policy from the date of delivery.
- Products must be unused and in original packaging.
- Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Important Return Condition
⚠️ Customers must record a proper box opening video at the time of delivery.
The video should clearly show:
- sealed package
- package opening process
- product condition
This box opening video is mandatory for any:
- return request
- replacement request
- damaged item claim
- missing item claim
❌ Without a proper uncut box opening video, return/replacement requests will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used products
- Items damaged after delivery
- Products without original packaging
- Claims without box opening video proof
Refund Process
- Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or bank account.
Cash on Delivery Orders
For COD orders, refunds will be processed via:
- Bank Transfer
- UPI
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
